The booking form collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), message, requested dates and billing details (company, address, VAT or company number), for the sole purpose of handling your booking, its deposit and its invoices (steps taken at your request, then the rental contract).
Recipients: CTRL Department only (mailbox, calendar) and Qonto, its bank, for the deposit payment and the invoices. Card payment happens on Qonto's secure page: the studio never sees card numbers. Retention: the time needed to handle the request, then 3 years for follow-up; invoices and billing details 10 years (legal obligation).
You may access, rectify, erase or port your data, limit or object to its processing, by writing to contact@ctrl-dept.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
One cookie only, « lang », remembers your language for one year; your light / dark choice is kept in your browser. Visits are counted anonymously, without any cookie (Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, country, type of device, never tied to a person). No advertising or tracking cookies: no consent banner is needed.
